The Tutoring with Supervision implies
Regular attendance at a course in the master program Educational Technology
Autonomous teaching as well as with co-tutors and lecturers
Creation and correction of tutorial questions and examples
Weekly consultation hours for students
Weekly guided tutor meetings
Supervision and correction of tests

Being a tutor for one semester
Writing a 2-page tutor report after your experience as a tutor

What happens next?: Turn in here in moodle, I read it and if it’s ok, I confirm to you that you got the Tutor CP. The CP may take a while to appear on your transcript.
What to include
Your name, matriculation number, name of the course for which you tutored and the semester (including year). This info can be just added on the first 2-3 lines of the 1st page
Clearly define on your report the following sections:
Course description: In 2 or 3 sentences, describe what the course was about and its main goal(s)
Tutorial preparation goals: How you prepared your tutorials in terms of what you wanted to achieve with them (i.e. tutorial goals) and how, tools/ materials used, and frequency of the tutorials. Include mentioning your main goals as a tutor
Tutor tasks: Mention the tasks you did as a tutor before, during (e.g. tutorials, grading worksheets / exams, answering doubts, support, coordination with the instructor(s)), and after the course
Experiences and difficulties: Actions you did because of a need (own, students and/or lecturer). Expected and unexpected difficulties encountered during your tutor tasks and indicating how you solved them
Improvement ideas: Improvement suggestions regarding (a) tutor duties: tasks, interaction with students and interaction with instructor, (b) the structure and/or content of the whole course, and (c) any other aspect you may consider relevant
Reflection: Assessment of the goals you had towards your tutorials and your performance as a tutor. Which goals were achieved, which weren’t and why. Insights or things learned based on the difficulties that you had as a tutor and how you solved them. Overall, what you learned from this experience of being a tutor
Advice for future tutors: Write here some lines with advice for future tutors. Provide both course-related and general advice covering topics such as: how to prepare the tutorials, what to expect from oneself/ the instructor/ the students, and how to react and manage unexpected situations.
