Since this is research perfomed during the last 20 years, some steps are a bit involved. So in particular if you are from a life science background, please do not try to understand all the details if you find the matter complex. Rather try to understand the approach and spirit of the approach to a problem. There are a couple of movies as illustration, however, they may not work on all operating systems spontaneously, and they are not a requirement.
