Das Modul gibt Einblicke in unsere aktuelle Forschung im Bereich nichtlineare Dynamik, Chaos und Strukturbildung. Es ist für Studierende, die Interesse an einer Master- oder Bachelorarbeit bei uns haben, besonders zu empfehlen. Kurzzusammenfassung (in English): Nonlinear dynamics and pattern formation study how complex systems create ordered patterns. From biological oscillators to chemical reactions, we explore systems far from equilibrium. Through mathematics and theoretical physics, we uncover the principles behind the formation of coherent structures, shedding light on phenomena like turbulence and synchronization. This module provides an understanding of bifurcations, chaos, and emergence of order in natural and artificial systems.
