Conceptual Background: consistency, coherence, relation to Research Questions (RQs), and adequate granularity for RQs
Research Questions: relationship to theoretical understanding, relevance, relation to methods,
answerability, and formulation
Methods: adequacy for RQs, degree of elaboration, scope, and complexity
Practical Issues: time schedule, resources, and other implementation issues
