Kurzbeschreibung: Although the concept of "sustainable human resource management" has been vividly discussed for more than a decade, digitalization technologies represent a regularly overlooked aspect of this discussion. As digitalization technologies are considered to have both remarkable opportunities and remarkable threats for overall sustainability, the presentation elaborates on that and how digital technologies must be considered by elaborating the concept of “sustainable digital human resource management” that can guide both future research and practice.
