Hello Edutechlers and welcome to the EduTech Tips & Basics page.
Here, you will find the following microlearning units that have been created by former EduTech students in the Instructional Design II class:
Hey, there! As student of EduTech, especially, if you taking part in EduTech Design Challenge, you may want to handle creation of your Personal Wiki in a less stressed and well prepared and organized manner. In order to support you in learning you first Syntax steps, we have prepared the 4-step course, where you will learn about:
The introduction video is explaining the basic navigation through the Edutech Wiki. Second step is extensive learning unit with interactive exercises, which is followed with example of the Wiki Page that we have created for you on our imaginary character, Saarla the Owl.
Adapting to new, international environment can be overwhelming and confusing, so we taught to provide a bit more support for you. As an our last step, we have created a Cheat Sheet, as an easy and quick reminder on the Syntax, that we have extensively explained in the step 2.
If you would like to learn more and become highly proficient in creating and editing Wiki Pages and materials, we would suggest you to visit EduTech Wiki Page and Help Section.
Good luck with learning!
Short Introduction video to the topic: What is EduTech Wiki, how to navigate through it and important notations.
Interactive training session that gives you an insight into Page & Text Formatting, Tables & Lists, Links and Images.
Example of Wiki Page is available under the 2021 Projects for Instructional Design II course. Please follow the provided link and enjoy reading and learning the Wiki Syntax!
This section contains a short summary with all the important information to create and add your Wiki Page. In order to have the access to the materials, you have to ensure completion of the first three steps. The summary is presented by a Cheat Sheet, an easy and quick reminder to the Syntax that you have already learned through the training unit. You will have access to three different types of materials that contain the same content, organized in a different way:
We hope it will serve you well!
Within this course, you will get to know the most important basics of APA Citation. You will learn:

This brief micro-learning will provide users with foundational knowledge of universal design principles, the important role UD plays in advancing disability access and participation, and the political and professional advantages UD skills provide aspiring instructional designers. To better understand possible applications of UD, text-to-speech and dyslexia assistance tools are highlighted as examples.
These examples are only one piece of the broad field of universal design, and instructional designers should view this microlearning as a tool to inspire further research and acquisition of universal design skills. This module can be used on a personal computer, tablet, or smartphone.
